Tofu was amazing. The front desk gets two thumbs down. Let’s see if these lashes last longer than a week. The lash material at amazing lash is plastic and the glue is not strong enough. I just left the studio and eyelashes are falling out. I’ve been to the McKinney location, garland, and now Greenville. I should not be wasting money and time getting my lashes redone every 5 days.

I have been a member at Amazing Lash for approximately two years, moving to various locations. Lauren has hands down been the best lash tech I have had. Her lash retention is unmatched. Her concern and care for the client is the experience I believe everyone should experience when taking a load off to fulfill this beauty need! She's incredibly informed and thorough. As someone who investigates the ways systems can be more equitable for marginalized folks, I want to ask that Amazing Lash consider adjusting her schedule to allow for her the begin services at 8:45 AM, rather than 8:30 AM. In support of working mothers, and as an establishment, I would like to suggest that supporting your workforce means adapting systems to meet them where they are. Lauren is arguably the best Lash tech at this location. I believe it would both benefit the Lash tech and the client/customer to have 15 more minutes to get to the location for service. I booked my appointment four days out, and an 8:30 AM appointment is all Lauren had. I took it because she is worth the wait. I just could not let this go by without lifting up that I believe Amazing Lash is missing an opportunity to adjust is systemic infrastructure to better support a working mother. Something worth considering especially if the client and employee would benefit. All in all, I love love love Lauren's service and will speak her praises from every rooftop. I hope she stays here as long as I am in Dallas and this is the closest location to me. I'd give ten stars rating if I could! She is phenomenal.

I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio for nearly 6 years now but have taken breaks because I couldn’t find a studio that consistently had good lash artists - I’ve had retention be as short as 2 days before and plenty of artists who do a “full set” that misses tons of natural lashes. After reading a lot of the reviews for this location, I decided to try Melanie and couldn’t be more excited!! My full set lasted without nearly any fallout and didn’t even require a fill - just a 30 min touch up at 2 weeks! Would highly recommend her for anyone!!

I had set my appointment a few weeks ago for 8am with a master lash tech. When I arrived, my appointment wasn’t booked. At first I was upset, because I knew what I was told. Turns out the client that was booked for 8 did not show up, so I was able to take hers. The front desk associate was really nice and apologized for the incident, even though it was not her fault. Alexis slayyyed my lashes :-) . My husband loves them, he even stated they look natural and not all hard looking like the lashes I normally get done at the nail shop lol! Of course I became member and looking forward to my next appointment :-)!

I got a full set of lashes on Thursday afternoon. I followed the aftercare protocol to a T, but by Saturday almost all of the lashes were gone on my right eye and half were missing on my left. I scheduled a correction appointment for Sunday. By my Sunday appointment at 10 AM, I had only a few lashes randomly stuck to the edges of my outer-eyes. THANK GOODNESS for Haylea! She turned our 30 minute correction into a full set in 55 minutes--gorgeous, by the way--and completely rescued me and changed my opinon of the Lash Studio. I already scheduled my fill with her!

The salon is looking a little grungy and worn. Even though I am sure its sanitized , the couch is stained and cracked, I try not to sit on it.. Some of the staff only put their masks on when they see guest coming, kinda defeats the purpose of keeping droplets that can live up to 12 hours in the air vents, from infecting someone else

I had to come to this location bc my usual location called the morning of my appt to say they didn't have my lashes in stock or any similar. This is the 3rd time in 4 visits they have had to reschedule. I received great service at the Greenville Ave salon and can definitely recommend Kylie. My lashes look fabulous. She had to correct some damage caused by the Uptown "master" stylist. She is a pro!

Your stylists do a great job. However, I’ve left feedback here in the past regarding volume lashes that don’t curl. Management chose to take this up with the stylist instead of answering the customer. A friend also has made management aware of the lash problem so I know I’m not the only one who has noticed. Although the problem with the lashes seems to be happening less frequently, I’d say the bigger problem is a company that spends money on a system for customer feedback and squanders the benefits by lack of customer communication.

The Amazing Lash Studio as a whole is over price if you don't become a member and after my service they don't provide a free lash brush like most of the other Lash Studio I have visited, instead they want you to buy a lash brush. However, management needs more practice and training dealing with unsatisfied customers. My stylist has never washed her hands, used gloves, or hand sanitizer. Tools used for the procedure also do not appear sanitized or clean. I never hear or see the stylist open a new pack of spoolies to use during my time there.

I would rather have the tape over my eyebrows than have my upper lashes glued to my lower lashes. I WISH THE COMPANY HAD ONLINE SCHEDULING!!!!!! My stylist did an amazing job. But I'm only giving 3 stars because my experience over all was absolutely awful! I will never return & never recommend anyone ever to this location. I called and made an appointment for 3:30. I arrived at 3. Around 3:45 someone asked me if my appointment was at that location. Long story short they cancelled my appointment instead of someone else's and charged my card $125. The services I was receiving only cost $80 so how does that make sense. Then they apologize and ask if I can come back for an appointment at 6p the same day. I adviced them that I lived over an hour away. She said that if I could come back that my appointment would be comped for my inconvenience. The front desk lady then calls back and says never mind we can't do that for you to come back you will have to pay the full $80. I asked her if she could just take it out of the $125 they owe me for charging my card wrong and she said no I would have to pay an additional $80 and the manager on Monday would have to return my $125. The whole situation was just frustrating. Everyone was nice and I know mistakes happen but it put a lot of strain on me. With the extra money I had to front and the extra gas to come back. Everyone there was very nice I just feel the situation could have been handled better.

I have been getting my eye lashes done for over a year! I went in for a fill yesterday and it took the girl an hour and a half... I have never had a fill take that long! I am also pretty disappointed with the way they came out.. I always get long and full - I told the girl this, and I left with these very natural looking and not full whatsoever. Around 8am on a Saturday, Kelly called me talking about my appointment since it's been awhile since my last appointment. So the refill appointment that I had should be a full set appt. I was very anger because it was so early in the morning and that information should have been explained or mentioned when I scheduled. I told her that I've never had a call the day of my appointment and all what she was saying was very new to me. I've been a member for a very long time and I thought that was very rude on so many levels. Brittany was my tech and when she called me back I felt very uncomfortable because she immediately start staring at my lashes as I walked towards her. When I laid down she started in about how I need a full set and telling me that she can't achieve full lashes because I was last there about 5 -6 weeks ago. She was pretty much saying that I needed to reschedule because I need a full set not a refill. I told her that she needs to do what she can because I'm not rescheduling due to the distance that I have to travel to come to this location. So do what you can do. I had to also remind her that I've been a member for a long time and never been treated the way on was on yesterday. My experience was horrible and I also told her that the turn over rate was very high so I'm always getting a new tech. The whole conversation took 8 mins, yes I did time it. So I asked, does the time start when I lay down and she said yes ma'am. Brittany also stated that she wouldn't have enough time because I needed a full set. If she talked for 8 mins and we finished right at 2pm. More lashes could've been placed during the time she spent talking and not working. Kelly set the tone for the day and Brittany executed it. I am pleased with my lashes although they are shorter than what I'm use to. The customer service was horrible! Brittany need to ask the client if she could move her head to the left or right instead of turning it for them. Hopefully my next experience is a lot better!

I was warmly greeted when I walked in and they review all different types of extensions that I could get. Lauren Munson did my lashes and she was fun, friendly and super professional! She made my appointment super fun and the time flew by so fast..before I knew it she was finished! She got me a blanket, she let me tilt my head to the side cause my extensions were hurting my head and I fell right to sleep! Before that we talked of course! Great conversationalist!
