Every two weeks, I walk in to two exrememly kind, professional and friendly receptionists. Then I'm greeted by my lash stylist, Britney, who does a gorgeous job with my lashes. I drive 35 minutes to get there and it's worth the traveling. Management is doing their job with the staff, the look of the facility and the cleanliness and professionalism of the business.

I made the HUGE mistake of going to another lash studio last summer. Once I returned to Amazing Lash in Wayne, I discovered Brittney who is the nicest, most personable and very talented lash technician. To be completely honest, EVERY woman there is awesome. I had gone to two other places to have eyelashes done in the past. Small and locally, however, I always realized it would take about 2 days before my eyes would feel normal again, and that they didn't last nearly as long. After my first appointment with amazing lash studio- even my boyfriend complimented on how natural they looked. Thanks to the high-end products and detailed education of all the staff I've had no reactions, was out in record time, and I can tell they're going to last quite a while. The staff was friendly and informative and made the entire process so relaxing. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I took a 4 month break from lash extensions. I got extensions 5 weeks ago and they looked beautiful and lasted 3 weeks until my next scheduled touch up. The 2nd touch up looked beautiful as well, but started to thin out after about 8-9 days and I'm not due for a touch up for another week.The fact that they don't last for close to 3 weeks is very disappointing.

Spoke to Manager about my bad experience. I must say she handled the situation excellent! She had all the right responses and I was impressed. She can tell you about my appointment that I was not pleased with. Also the lash technician had extremely long nails. I find it unprofessional knowing the germs that can carry under nails and quite frankly I don’t know how she works with those nails. She has her hands all over everyone’s faces! Well I would say the name of the girl that does my lashes here but she's already almost booked solid and it's hard enough getting an appointment. I actually think they should take her and have their other employees sit in on at least one of her sessions to perfect their craft. The manager Juliana is fantastic and attentive. Facility is always clean and they have fantastic products that extend the beauty of your lashes and keep your real lashes healthy. A discount is offered on them if you sign up for the membership. The only complaints I do have is I think there should be some leeway with cancellation policy. For instance you should be allowed more than a 24 hour period or at least one comped cancellation or reschedule every 6 months of membership. The other complaint is phone girls. Katie is an angel. Some others, not so nice and one even tried to intimidate me but I did not see her around after that but still they should be informative with phone people when hired. I asked to put in my notes to never remind me of an appointment before noon and have been woken up early morning hours even on Sundays with a reminder. I have been to ten different lash places and this is the best. My last complaint is I think they should use their own people as testers for trying out new glue as if it doesn't work out the client is inconvenienced and has to return sooner than expected due to fallout. This review is a positive one and I would highly recommend just making honest suggestions about how to perfect the experience.

On Sunday, May 26, 2019 I experienced and unfortunate misunderstanding at the Amazing Lash Studio. Long story short, my lashes had fallen out very quickly and I was unable to be serviced due to time constraints. I was really upset that I was unable to have anything done although I had an appointment. Time was just not on my side. Once the manager Juliana learned of my frustration being that my lashes had fallen out and not being able to be have them filled in, she just made it work. Juliana is such a people person, she was understanding, prideful of her work,professional, accommodating I can go on and on! Overall, she called me up the very next day, she was more than willing to rectify the situation and to assure that I was a satisfied customer as I have always been in the past. I have a gorgeous new set of lashes that I am more than satisfied with but the best part of all was the outstanding customer service that I received from the manager. I was truly smiling from ear to ear by the time I hung up the phone, (I hadn't even gotten my lashes done yet!😂) Needless to say, I still love this place and Juliana had an ultimate save of a customer! I will recommend and I will certainly be back!

Love my lashes, I went in on Tuesday 4/30 for the first time . They are very clean and employees are very much informative and sweet. love how i can chose any style I want and hours of operation are perfect. I can’t say not one thing negative only that it’s a bit pricey but hey you get what you pay for. There’s no pressure into buying anything extra. This is definitely my new lash spot .

I had to have a major knee surgery and when I returned months later, I found out she was leaving. I’ve gotten lashed my Elesha, Hailey, and Paulina... they are amazing ! Paulina gave me a full set and it looked exactly how I described. I later picked off all the lashes on my left eye because one was irritating me, I came in for a 30 minute touch up. Paulina explained that she might not have time to make the one eye look full in only 30 minutes ... I walked out of there with full lashes and she even had time to add a few to my right eye. She is AMAZING! I’ll stay faithful to the Wayne location, I’ve never been disappointed.

I am extremely happy with my AMAZING Lashes. Yesterday, I came here for my first experience with lash extensions and i'm relieved that I did not regret my decision. I love this studio! When I walk in I am always greeted by the front desk staff who are the most polite group of girls. Lexi is awesome with helping me re-book my appointments, and just making sure that I am ready for my upcoming appointment by ensuring my lashes are washed.
