24 HOUR CANCELLATION and ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICIES

Note- Not all services are available for online booking. If you desire to book an experience that you don’t see listed, please contact us at 734-961-3245 during regular business hours for reservation assistance.
By agreeing to the following Online Booking Terms and Conditions, you, the undersigned individual, acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand this Cancellation Policy and agree to the hold of 1% of the total service investment booked that will be refunded upon completion of service.
Please be advised of our 24 hour cancellation policy; Due to the overwhelming demand for our services and limited appointments slots, it is critical that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ prior notice if you wish you cancel your scheduled appointment. Having such advanced notice allows us to fill the applicable appointment slot from the waiting list of others requesting an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us for any reason (including events beyond your control), you must notify us as soon as possible and in any event at least 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
In the event you happen to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one-half (50%) of the total fees applicable to the services(s) you had scheduled.
In event you fail to show up (no call/no show) for your appointment and fail to cancel that appointment by calling us prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees applicable to the service(s) you had scheduled.
By signing completing your online booking form, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the cancellation policy.
Also note; Our team does function on a waiting list, it is likely we do have other guests scheduled immediately following your reservation. Therefore, any guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled reservation may be considered a no-show and subject to above stated cancellation policy.
As a courtesy when you book an appointment, we will provide you with several options for confirming that you will be arriving on the date and time that you have scheduled. Please keep an eye out for a text message, email message, &/or phone calls that will give you the opportunity to confirm that you will be arriving for your reservation.
