I usually go to the river oaks location but i didn’t book early enough and this one was the closest and earliest time. It was a little rough at first with the language barrier but Vi did an excellent job and was fast considering she had never done my lashes before. My lashes looked better than I’ve ever had them. Also I’m highly allergic to the glue, this time she used a sensitive glue and my eyes didn’t burn one bit. She also used paper tape so my eyes also didn’t itch. Great experience. I might have to make the trek up here more often.

I genuinely like each stylist that has done my lashes, they all do a good job. What I don’t like is one of the policies. I have had two emergencies and needed to cancel appointments but they force you to pay when you cancel or reschedule under 24 hours. I understand that the stylist loses money, but to have to pay even though you have an emergency is frustrating.

I love the way my lashes turned out very pleased with tech but WOW wasn’t expecting to pay 180 bucks for lashes I wanted to leave a nice tip but after that price 😑was told 149.00 over phone check out time 179 kinda blew my mind and I didn’t even get the amazing lashes full volume like I seen everyone else walking out with I got the bare minimum. The tech did suggest cuz lashes are thin little wish I agee cuz I don’t have any just barely letting them grow with out lashes after breast cancer everything grew back BUT my lashes unfortunately after 4 years straight wearing lashes I was time to give them a break from my previous lash tech 😫 so I have gone 2 months without them and just can’t deal with how naked my eyes look and how I feel so unpretty my last lash tech I use to go to would give me full volume bold I loved them . But with all this being said I will be back to amazing lash to see moon she did great and best advice she gave me she did lashes natural and not to much volume for now . Maybe as time goes by she will tell me when the time is right to get my original bold volume look back . Now just need to decide do I need to get a membership or just pay whatever the price is for refills . But I will be back I love that my lashes don’t feel heavy and glue or weighed down . Also .. now that I’m aware of the prices I will tip better next time cuz she deserves it .. thank ya amazing lashes and also front desk was very nice .

I wasn’t pleased at all with my set, especially after paying extra for a “Master”. Within a week & a half, my lashes looked like I was going on 3 weeks. I returned to the location & submitted a cancellation request, but after seeing the receptionists’ lashes, I had a change of heart. I booked with Vy & I am completely satisfied. I received a rushed job from another location and was very dissatisfied. I called Shadow Creek location an hour before closing. They were able to fit me in and correct my lashes. I visited this lash studio yesterday and the customer service was exceptional. Lindsey and Marissa were very helpful and knowledgeable. Pham was my Tech. I got a full set and they look amazing. She was gentle and very sweet. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and spoke perfect English. At the end, she made sure I was happy with how the lashes looked and felt. She also educated me on how to care for them and what to do if I had any issues with them. I would highly recommend this location. Overall, great service! The studio is super clean and that’s a huge plus for me!! I will definitely make this my go-to lash studio.

It's my first time and was I was told to come 10 minutes in advance and I did, my appointment was at 11am. By 11am I was told by the front desk the person assigned to me is running late, and will arrive by 11:30am past 11:30am I was getting anxious waiting still no word I have to ask again what's the status of this person anyway, the front desk was the only person talking to me she said her manager is calling that person and no answer.That person arrived maybe close to 12:30 pm but I was assigned to someone else, the person assigned to me was ok BUT I felt she rushed her work, she said after I'm done I tried as fast as I could since I have to be ready I have another customer anytime". In the first place she didn't explain the process. Lastly I was surprised I never met the manager or supervisor on duty. All I can say, thank you to the front desk Brandi for her pleasant and friendly personality.

About receiving this services for quite some time I noticed the turn over rate was extremely high. When booking my most recent appointment with a Tech that I had only seen a few times I was told that she was no longer there. So I have been through approximately 5 technicians not by my choice but because the turn over rate is extremely high. I arrived yesterday to what I thought was going to be my 6 technicians but to my surprise it was Anna! Anna was the very 1st technician I had seen when coming to amazing wash. She is the absolute best. I'm glad she is back. I hope she stays around.

This was my first visit. My first time receiving lashes. The customer service was horrible no one explained anything. The technician was inexperienced. My eyebrows looked better when I arrived than when I left. I was very disappointed to say the least. I ended up at shadow creek location because my small town shop just could not keep up with large amount of customers...Best change ever, never a problem getting in, can even call 1 day in advance and it's likely you will get in, maybe not with your exact lash person, but you will make it in..The employees who hv worked tgere have been so amazing from the front desk clerks, to lash exsperts..one time I was sent yo another shop because I was in a jam and that shop was a wreck..So I'll say next time I'll just wait, or schedule a day or 2 in advance, I won't be leaving that shop..

I have been a customer at amazing lash Pearland since 4 months. 2 days ago i did my lashes and after few hours i had suddenly swolen eyes and yellow discharge. I went again and i found out that the manager has changed the glue material and that was cause me these symptoms and there were other customer with the same experience. The lady at the reception told me i can do my lashes again free of charge due to this incident. So i ask them to remove my current lashes to get rid of the infection. I was surprised when i got home that they charge me for the lashes removal as well without even telling me although it was supposed to be free of charge as promised! Very unprofessional and bas customer service. I will never come back to this studio again!

terrible, rough, poked me and pulled off my natural lashes, leaned her weight on my forehead, slammed tools on tray by my ear, yanked tape from me eyelids hard, horrible! went to look ay my finished lashes and couldnt open my eye, she glued it shut!

I have been all over to ALS in Houston, I go there to Shadow Creek because of Tran she's FANTASTIC!! I've been to many ALS, Humble, Atascocita, Meyerland, Sawyer Heights, Katy, Pasadena and now Shadow Creek, this location is one of the best!! Great job guys, keep it up!

I recently went to another location in Meyerland. My lashes were horrible they were constantly falling off. I made an appointment with this location to do a 30 minute touch-up. The master stylist was awesome she brought my lashes back to life. The ladies at the front desk are nice and welcoming. I will be going back to this location soon. Thanks ladies

This was my first time getting lash extensions and Adrianna did an amazing job!! She was very sweet and helped me decide which style and length was best for me. The process was so gentle that I almost slept through the whole thing! The lashes look very soft, feminine, and natural. I love them! This was a great first experience, and I\'ll definitely be back!!
