I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about everyone here. A day or so after my last appointment, my lashes on my right eye were just falling out. I usually go every two weeks, but I knew I couldn’t last until then because it looked so off, and I couldn’t understand what was happening. These lashes usually last, my real lashes are very fine, so I figured it just wasn’t holding up this time. Well since I haven’t lost much last time, the lashes decided a day after my appointment was a good time to start shedding on me lol. So nothing I did wrong. I work overnights, so I couldn’t call to make an appointment since they weren’t open yet, so I made it online. When I showed up to my appointment, I explained what was happening and Brionna kindly explained how the shedding happens and she will fix it for me no problem. The appointment was a simple adjustment, and I was not charged for the service (but always tip your lash expert regardless!) These ladies have been just amazing and friendly every time I go in, and I wish I could give them more stars than 5, because they really deserve it!!

I’ve used this location for a year now and while the service is good most times, it’s not always the best experience. I’ve shown up twice and my lash tech either was not at work yet or the office reception ran over an hour later and we were all locked out. I’ve also had 3 occasions where the majority of my lash extensions fell off in under 48 hours. No use of oils, no shower/humidity, or eye rubbing on my end … just extensions that were not properly adhered.

I would recommend this Studio to any 1st time lashers or veterans of lashes! The Staff is A+ and Brionna is an Angel!! The Manager is active and involved with the studio which makes all the difference. I had a horrible experience at a different lash salon that wasn’t very interested in helping me after a bad application of lashes… I walked in and just asked for help! They checked me out and had me in a room within 7 minutes, the lashes need to be removed before causing real damage to my actual eye. I’m just so grateful for all they did for me that day. They should have charged me for 4 or 5 lash removals for the appointment… they only charged me for ONE!! Brionna worked on my bad lashes for 3hours with NO complaints and saved my face!! Big thank you to Amazing Lash Studio!!! I’m forever indebted to you guys!!! 🙏💕

I have not always been happy with the guidance provided by stylists at Amazing Lash but Cathy was wonderful. She considered the shape of my face and eyes and my preference for maintaining a more natural look before recommending the style and length that would compliment my features. She was kind, professional, and oh so right. I love my new lashes! 10/10, would definitely recommend!!

Let me say, I’m so sad I live 5 hours away. I called on Friday of the state fair opening weekend to make a last minute full mega volume set appointment and the man over the phone was so nice, I can’t remember his name sorry, I had told him how I had just paid for a full set a week prior from a Houston location and now I was bare! He told me he would make sure my experience was better. I came in Oct 1st to see Genie( I hope that’s correct), I was greeted by the receptionist, she was so pretty, and kept me company while I waited for my appointment. Genie was so cool, we had great conversations, and I went to sleep lol. Now this the real tea pay attention… I said my appointment was on 10/01 why is it 10/18 and I only needed a mini touch up!!! Genie glued these lashes on so d*** good I definitely will be back when I visit town on November!

I will stay, I was about to cancel my membership. I could not seem to get the look I wanted, the old volume lashes are still out of stock and the new brand was not holding up no longer than a week. I tried one last stylist, her name was Peyden. I explained to her what I wanted and why I was going to end my membership. She assured me she would have my lashes beautiful. Amazin lashes, Peyden did exactly what she said, my lashes look beautiful even with new brand. She assured me she would take care of the issue with the falling out within a week. So far, so good. And because of her, I will continue with my membership.

Every tech I’ve had has been amazing. My only feedback is that the online booking system needs to be updated or disabled completely. I’ve booked appts online twice only to get a call days later that the person I booked with isn’t even working that day. People build their lives around these appts, and if it isn’t going to be consistently updated with correct info, then we shouldn’t be able to book online at all.

I’ve had lash extensions for 5 years. I’ve been to nail salons, private individuals and even other amazing lash facilities but the one on Park and Preston is the best! One of the reasons is the Manager there. She is terrific and trains her technicians and front staff to really treat the client with respect and fairness. Some places will bully you into coming in sooner than you need to or don’t have properly trained technicians. Some places, even other Amazing Lash Studios, forget that we are paying them to do a service for us not the other way around and will pressure you to spend more money than is necessary. Also, there are at least 2 technicians at Park and Preston who know exactly how to make sure your extensions stay on for a long time and look so natural. I get compliments all the time and it is a pleasure to have found a great well trained friendly place to spend my money and receive a service that I love. I’ve been going here for about 2 years and it has remained consistently top-notch.

I am either early or on time but today my husband sold his car at work and then felt ill and needed me to pick him up right before my appointment. Now normally I wait up to 15 minutes to be taken back but today at 3 minutes after my appointment time I get a call wondering if I am coming to my appointment. I told them I was at the light in front of there shop. I felt like they called me way to early to see if I was coming, I’ve never missed an appointment or been late but I have had to wait. 3 minutes really 5 minutes should be the lowest amount of time to call and I still think that is jumping the gun. Not the best way to start your appointment.
