**Important** After making your selection and pressing (BookNow) please be sure that you receive an email confirmation of your booking. You may also cancel your appointments by logging in and selecting (My Account). We cannot accommodate any services other than the exact service you booked. It is very important to ensure that the proper time is scheduled for the exact service that you are requesting. Please do not request additional services or clients in the notes section, as all services must be booked in the schedule or cannot be accommodated. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all appointments to fill out any required forms. Due to the individualized nature of services offered, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to this appointment time. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not canceled or no-showed within this period. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients. If you are booking a nail service such as shellac or powder dip, and require a soak or removal prior, you must book this additional service. For color services, if unsure of what service to book, you may look under (My Account - Past Appointments), to see the service you have received in the past. If you are scheduling for a spa package, multiple people or groups please contact us directly as this cannot be scheduled through online booking.
