Meagan was my stylist. I only went for her. I’ve known her since she was in high school. She needed models so she could finish her training and become certified. And she did an absolute amazing job. I’ve never been one who was into the fake eyelashes. Never could understand the hype. Well...... now that I got them, I get it! My lashes look so beautiful. I’m so impressed and happy with the outcome.

Olivia was my technician and did such a great job! I received so many compliments on how beautiful my lashes are! Previously I went somewhere else and my lashes were actually uncomfortable so I had them removed. Now they feel like my own but look amazing!!

I have very thin, blonde lashes so it is difficult to get much volume when I have a fill done. Wow a tad uncomfortable I do have to admit that the Phil I received yesterday is probably the best I’ve had At your salon since I started getting lash extensions about two years ago. I will definitely make a point of asking for this aesthetician If she is available when I come in for my fills.

This was disappointing to say the least. I called ahead and booked a fill. I'm no longer a member and it's been quite a while since I've been to an Amazing Lash Studio. I asked how much a fill was when I booked and was told it was $89. I discussed during my appointment with the stylist that I normally do 3D lashes. There was no mention of a price difference. When checking out she told me she put on 6D lashes, which is not what we discussed and again was not told of another price increase to that type of lash. After paying $50 dollars more than I expected I got home and my lashes are no fuller than the 3D I usually get, and are already falling out. HUGE rip off!

I have been coming in to Amazing Lash since the beginning of October 2019, I mainly went to get my lashes done for my wedding, so I went in and signed up for the once a month program, I had lashes done over 5 years ago so I was familiar with how they worked, but I was in for a lesson, in the past my extensions lasted 3 weeks sometimes 4, we’ll unfortunately I’ve struggled to have my lashes last like before, to be honest I lost almost all my extensions very quickly. I got my first set on 10/3/19 and my wedding was in 10/6/19 and sadly most of them fell out looking to not having no glue on them, well I love the way the lashes look and make me feel so I really wanted to maintain them, so I have seen almost every technician and I finally got Christina who is amazing!!! Her lashes lasted 3 plus weeks and I was super happy!!! Christina was also a trainer of the group there in Folsom studio, sadly they had Christina scheduled to do training so they bumped me to another technician and sadly had similar issues with the extensions falling out very quickly, so when I got in to see Christina about a week after getting a fill, I was in need of a full set, I swore that I would only use Christina because of her work ethic, her integrity and her ability to providing great service for my lash needs, but sadly right before Christmas she was let go, I thought I was toast now, but I decided I would try again, with someone different and I got Olivia to do my fill, it’s been a few days since my fill but at this time I’m happy, the lashes are staying, even with the daily washing, I told Olivia everything and I feel she listened well, and it appears as the training she received by none other then Christina, has been beneficial, I just might have found my go to lash gal!! We shall see, for now I’m happy and thankful,

I bought a vip membership in May the first set of 6 d lashes were the best ok length kind of patchiest in the middle and not very full and very slow newbies doing the work and it just keeps getting worse they put them on wrong so u have very short lashes when u take a break. Pretty sure I’m going to cancel my membership this month.

At the salon i didn't see too much of a difference in my lashes, not noticeable and i think was the lighting, but home i put little mascara to enhance it and it looks good. At first I was thinking this would be a great deal. This was my first visit though my girl was very nice and pleasant I noticed immediately that some of the lashes were laying a different way she brushed them and it seemed to fix it by the time I got to work they were flipped again . They still are not full even after using the 3D ones. I will be calling the Roseville location in the morning to see if I can get someone to fix this . I had a very bad lash experience. I went to a local nail salon to get individual lashes and it was all wrong. I went to Amazing Lash Studio to have them removed. It was so bad that the girls had ti facetime their trainer! It ended up being a two day ordeal. The ladies were so caring and yet very professional. They tried to get the lashes iff and couldn't and promptly offered me an appointment for the next day! Well, the trainer herself got them off. I appreciate Christina, and two more ladies whose names I can't remember (sorry) so very much! Excellent, professional service!

I recently had a fill done and was absolutely dissatisfied. Instead of looking “fuller” like I wanted- they looked like I still needed a fill, like nothing had been done. I called the next day and asked if the Lashes could be fixed and they got me in right away. I was seen the second time by Yuri who did an AMAZING job fixing them and making them look exactly how I imagined. I was not going to return to this Palladio location due to the incident and some bad Costumer service by some front desk girls but because of Yuri’s amazing work I will defiantly return! I came in to get a full set and left very unhappy. I thought the package I was getting was $89 and when walking back to the counter the lady who did my lashes threw on around 10 things that I needed and then rang me up for $180. I’m not happy with how they looked they are long and sparse. Also the lady who did mine was a little rude and went through the after care talking very fast in about 5 seconds. Wouldn’t recommend

So glad I tried eyelash extensions and even more so at Amazing Lash. I've been apprehensive for a few reasons, but those have been dispelled. Not only do my lashes look natural (and have stayed on!), but there's a huge difference in the look of my eyes for the better. I look more alert or bright-eyed and that's without a stitch of eye make-up, which I hate doing and rarely use if ever no matter how much I buy. The investment in lashes improves my appearance and let's me stay make-up lazy when it comes to eye eyeliner and mascara. Yay!

I felt a little rushed on picking what style I wanted. I felt like more of a description was needed in addition to the animated pics in the brochure. I think it would really help customers know what they want with real life examples. Other than that, customer service was great and so were the people.

I’m very grateful for the chance to win a drawing to try the lashes. The ladies that conatacted me were very professional. I me my stylest Paige and she was great. The experience was very calming and comfortable minus how cold the rooms were so that there were blankets to keep warm. My only complaint is I would like to see brown lashes available for those with light colored lashes to have a more realistic look when not wearing mascara. Overall the experience was very relaxing.

Every time I go for a set of lashes or fill the technicians always do a great job. I have seen a few different techs there and I am surprised at th how consistency of great work between them. Most of the time my lashes last at least 3 weeks. I was very disappointed that the studio did not offer a free fix since I am a member. However I was charged the entire 30 minute session.

From start to finish i had a fabulous experience. Maria at the front desk was very friendly and attended to all my needs. Megan was wonderful and explained everything that i needed to know and beyond. She also did a beautiful job on my lashes! Jade was the receptionist at the end of my visit and helped me check out with some products i needed to purchase. She was a sweetie and we talked lashes. Also her 6D lashes were gorgeous! This is my third time going to Amazing Lash Studio in Folsom. I always receive excellent customer service. From the time I arrive with friendly smiling faces of the receptionists to the cosmetologist who puts on my lashes. Katrina is a great person to sit with while you are having your lashes applied. She not only does a very professional job but she talks to me the whole time. She remembers me and we have good conversations. I get lots of compliments on my eyelashes and always inform the person of where I got them and the great service this company provides. I have never been disappointed. Thank you

After moving to Folsom 2 months ago, finding a new Lash Lady was a little scary, But somehow I got lucky enough to be placed with Christina Mclntosh. Christina is absolutely incredible! Always greeted with a big smile, She delivers the best service and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to product and maintaining the quality of my lashes for a longer period of time. I went in sceptical after reviewing multiple places that do eyelash extensions. You see, Prom is next week and I wanted to go all out. Since fake eyelashes (let’s face it) look alright for about th first hour then just about fall off (or you glue your eyes shut like me) I really wanted to try the eyelash extensions. When I went in I was really nervous but the lady at the front desk was SUPER nice. She answered all my readily available questions and then shortly I was in a small room where I would the procedure done. The cosmopoligist was extremely nice and very good at her job. She spent a long time on both my eyelashes (good because a short time is really sus and sketchy, right?) and by the end of the hour and a half or so (I don’t know because I took a nap during the process) I was done. I looked gorgeous! I am excited to go back during any special event I have in the future. Especially for lashes THAT cheap.
