After a botched set of lashes from another salon , the tech at Amazing Lash not only removed my lashes, but taught me about lash placement & what was wrong about the lashes. She protected the integrity of my lashes as if I never had any on, even though they were tough to remove! Very pleased with my removal & scheduled for a full set with them.

I am very pleased with my service however I feel your customer service could be a little better meaning people have situations beyond their control sometimes and you provide a service and your customers are an asset to your business not to be reprimanded for anything especially things beyond their control ….. I was sick and had to reschedule because I for one did not want to possibly spread any contagious virus and because I had rescheduled previously I was told I would be charged for the service … so I should have came and got the service anyway and just not cared if I was contagious, however I am a nurse and could not in good conscious do that !!! I hope that this may possibly open eyes for the possibility of better customer service.

Lauren is a superstar! My lashes always turn out perfect. I usually only get my lashes filled in the Summer because of money but it’s so worth it. I wish amazing lash had some better adhesive options because I’m allergic to the regular kind and the “sensitive” glue doesn’t hold very well.

I had explained that I was there Saturday to try and get them refilled and she couldn’t do it in time that I had so I left but I felt scolded. And she said she could understand but that there were some issues and these issues were that you’re supposed to put one lash on one extension but Sarah‘s been putting multiple hair follicles into one extension and it’s been pinching and she would say sorry but I was told she was a pro and one of the top rated so knowing nothing prior to going to your facility. I thought I was in the best of hands and was paying more and she’s been causing damage to my eyelashes so when I return from my vacation, I’m gonna have to have them removed to avoid alopecia . I actually am satisfied with someone actually taking me seriously and explaining to me what needs to be done previously somebody had said I should get my eyes arrest and I waited 10 weeks with no eyelashes on but nobody advised me that I should wait longer until I spoke with Chelsea today , I appreciate her candor and honesty. In fact, I’m waiting to go to her to remove my.

I honestly think this is the first time where I’ve been at a lash studio where I keep my appointments personally I would say 99% of the time. I'm happy with their services. The only complaint I have is that I have to pay 10 dollars extra for a senior lash artist even though I have already a membership. So my volume service plus the extra fee and a 10 dollar tip is 45 dollars just for a refill. Please open location in Portland, I hate driving to Corpus! Lol ❤️

I had a generally good visit thanks to my lash technician. However I had originally booked my appointment for another lash technician. They booked me with the wrong lash technician even telling them over the phone three times who I had requested. They need to listen more carefully on the phone. However in the end luckily I was pleased with the other lash technician they placed me with. My lashes look good. Now I need to see how good the quality is on these lashes as time will only tell.

I made a horrible mistake and decided to purchase eyelash extensions from a nail salon. Fast forward 2 weeks later and some came off but were still connected to the rest due to the fact they used so much glue. It even looked like they glued then from the bottom instead of the top. I made an appointment to have then removed and was so worried how it would go. April was a doll. Not only did she have a gentle hand after having to try something different but she also never made me feel judged for my horrible decision. I will be back for lashes once I have recovered.

The girls are use her name is Christina! The staff is very professional they explain everything to you and they make you look absolutely gorgeous! These eyelashes make a huge difference in your appearance ! No need for Itchy, smearing mascara with these on! Seriously takes 20 minutes off of your time I’m getting ready to go anyway. This was my first experience getting lash extensions. It could not have been better! The salon was pristine when I walked in. Cameron, the receptionist was so sweet and informative and walked me through the paperwork and prepping my lashes. I waited no time for Ariana to come out and get me. She explained the process to me and helped me decide the best extensions for me and she went to work. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I even dozed off for a bit because it was so relaxing. We chatted and had a wonderful time. When she was done, the results were spectacular! I could not be more pleased with the entire experience!

I will be honest with you & say that after my first experience getting lashes at a nail salon years ago, I swore I would never get them again. I ran into a friend of mine that had the most beautiful natural but full looking lashes I've ever seen. She told me about Amazing Lash Studio & only had amazing things to say about it! I decided to give eyelash extensions one more time. How could I not after how amazing hers were?! I'm so glad I did! The girls are experienced & help you find the right shape/length for you! I have little time to get ready in the mornings for work so to not have to take an extra step to curl as well as apply mascara to my lashes really helps. Lightweight, full, & absolutely beautiful. I'm so glad I decided to try lash extensions again. I highly recommend this company! I will be a loyal customer from now on :)

The staff is amazing! Christina is the girl to my lasses she’s the only one I want to do my lashes! If you have allergies to mascara or other products that cause your eyes issues I have found that these lashes are perfect. My eyes don’t water they don’t burn it’s completely worth the money! The price is extremely reasonable! I join the club it’s perfectly suited they have plans for everyone. I highly recommend this place. I won’t be going anywhere else but here! If this is the first time you’ve ever done lashes this is the place to go, they walk you through everything and teach you how to maintain them and take care of them. 5 Stars for sure!
