I've been a guest of Amazing Lash Studio Cherry Creek for about five months now, going in on a consistent bi-weekly basis for lash refills, and I'm still obsessed. I receive compliments on my lashes on the daily, and it speeds up my makeup routine tremendously. My last stylist worked with me on the style I wanted - hybrid volume lashes - and she gave me tips on retention, so for each refill, I still have most of my lashes on! I adore my lash stylist, Alesia, and I'm so thankful for her expertise and skill. I highly recommend going with a master stylist! P.S. These volume lashes even work with my glasses, for all my glasses girls out there!

I had a full set of classic applied by Madison. She was friendly, knowledgeable with a lot of experience. What normally takes two hours for a new set she got done in an hour. I’m very happy with my eyelash extensions and would always go back to her. Susie, the owner, was also very friendly, when I originally called to book this appointment. Everyone was incredibly kind and the process was surprisingly relaxing - I even fell asleep! She taught me about how to property clean my lashes and encouraged me to purchase the retractable brush which is easier on the lashes than the pink free brushes. I receive inconsistent quality of service with you, your staff has made mistakes in appointment setting and worst of all I DO NOT like you membership program. I will be out of town for a few months and have 3 prepaid sessions with additional $25 per session that I have to cover....all to say, you are more expensive and I won't be able to use what I have already paid for. My tech was amazing. I am still very new to this. She did a great job explaining the process of a refill and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. So great full. She even listened to the concerns I had the first time and was able to make a few adjustments that are already making the refill more comfortable than the original fill. No irritation because she did extra misting and she made the inner corners a little shorter so they don’t sit in my eye lid crease.

My tech Alyssia was wonderful! She nailed it on the first try. I described the length, shape and style I was going for and her application might be one of the best I've ever had. However, this location wasn't the cleanest I've ever been to. Only one bathroom has lash wash, and it was a shared sample bottle that everyone touches to disperse foam into your hand since no towels are provided. You pat dry with crunchy bathroom paper towels. The walls next to my head where I rested on the table look like something had been spilled on them, something dark like lash glue or coffee. Although I realize it's not required, it would be nice if the techs wore masks because I was cognizant of somebody breathing on me the whole service because you are in close proximity. Good, not great. Would recommend Alyssa though :)

So I really enjoyed my last technician Jena she was very professional and sweet, I really like the way my lashes look I hope they have great retention as I'm an experienced lash wearer, I've been searching for a little over 2 months now for my last text so I hope she's the one as long as the glue and the product is good I will be happy she did a great job! I am bummed out because I spent more than I had planned more than what I was quoted over the phone that needed them done today so I went ahead and did it I was under the impression that I would get one fill today and two future feels for getting the membership but it appears I will only be getting one I may still call and talk to you a manager as I do feel I was misled maybe by somebody who didn't know what I was asking or there was a miscommunication it may not have been intentional but I don't like confusion in situations like that I should have known what I was walking into and walked out confident with the decision that I made but I did leave a little confused so that's why I gave four stars I gave four stars for Jena the receptions in the front was polite and sweet but she didn't know who I had talked to in the past and I didn't either so therefore I had to go along with what was quoted today.if Jenna hadn't done such a great job I probably would have given three stars because when a customer thinks they're coming in to pay a certain amount that's what they should leave paying I just didn't feel like arguing it today I was quoted 139 over the phone and ended up paying much more than that with tip included.

I have been a long time client and have seen many of the stylists there. I was booked for a 2:40 appointment and they mis scheduled my appointment so I had to wait until 3:30 when they could fit me in. The stylist was fine but I felt like the mistake was meant to feel like my fault. It was just awkward and just was made to feel badly. Was the second incident like this so hopefully by being diligent about scheduling my appointments it won’t happen again.

I always get the 6D Volume each and every time. When I was finished and looked in the mirror I was floored at the way my eyes looked.. Bina represented a true volume.. She got corner to corner - and the looked very full. My previous tech never did that.. I felt like they made my eyes pop.. I know everyone has a style but this is the first time I felt volume was indeed volume.. I LOVE Bina - she really puts time and effort into her work.. I read that she is a new tech.. Well based on my eyes I wouldn't believe that.. - Girl has skills and I am hooked on her now.. She made me smile and also stop crying as I didn't want to mess up her amazing work :)

I was just in for my first full set, I had really high hopes to set up a membership and add this to my monthly self car routine at an affordable rate. But after my experience I’m not sure that I want to move forward. When I arrived my technician walked me back and the room was really dirty and still set up for the previous customer. She quickly reset the table and stated she would get me a clean blanket.. but she never offered me the blanket or knee pillow so after two hours my back is really strained and I was freezing cold. During my full set the tech dropped her very sharp tweezers on my eyelid causing me to open my eyes in shock/pain and burning from the glue not being dry. She did apologize but when she finished up she didn’t walk me up to the front and it all just felt really impersonal especially with my eyes still crying from the glue.. I was just disappointed with the experience after being so excited.

Price is good and the techs are always friendly but I hate the music that is played. There should be ambient music like at a spa so people can relax and maybe take a nap. The music played is usually terrible pop music from the 90s and it makes me anxious. Also, you should provide waxing services. AL would make so much extra revenue if women could get their lashes and eyebrows waxed at the same time.

Best appointment I’ve had yet. Not only did she discuss with me how my retention was, she made sure I was 100% covered before I left, including checking the outter corners, which none of my other artists have done before. Jordan was very professional, and I recommend her. I called in the next day, because clearly I have fewer lashes on the left than on the right eye. Jordan said hopefully she can remedy this when I return in two weeks. I didn't like the hard-sell membership approach immediately after my lashes were applied. I purchased the amazing lash products, and I mentioned several times I didn't have my reading glasses with me and wasn't able to read the membership document! Cristal repeatedly said I could opt out of the $59. per month at anytime. But when I got home and read the agreement, it is for a 12 month membership at $59 month and mentioned nothing about cancelation options. As said, this is all new to me, it's a learning experience. My right eye lashes look great!!

From the online to phone to in-person, I had a great customer experience. The studio is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. My technician and the receptionist were friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there so I took advantage of the promo for new clients. So glad I did because the original price would have been $250, and I paid $79. She did a great job and I decided to do the monthly membership. I’m really not sure what the difference is with this studio and the others that are triple the price. Scheduling Mishap

I was very disappointed upon arriving for my appointment last night to find my normal stylist exiting the building. I have had appointments with about 4 different people at your studio. Brittany is the only stylist that has been friendly and concerned with the condition of my lashes. She has been the only stylist who has been able to extend the life of my lashes beyond a week. I was very disappointed to find that when I made my appointment that I had been scheduled with the wrong person. I don’t believe that I should have to pay a penalty fee for your front desk scheduling errors. I should have been allowed to make a new appointment with my stylist without having to pay a fee to cancel my appointment. I was told the stylist I was scheduled with was at a higher level then Brittany which wasn’t the point. I understand we all make mistakes, but your business not accepting responsibility for the mistake is what I take issue with. I would appreciate a call from a manager. Thank you.

I think it all depends on the stylist. For instance today the stylist seemed rushed because she was over booked and my left side is more full than the other, not like she noticed since she was more worried about getting me out so she could get her next client in. But I went in a few weeks ago and I cant remember her name but she was just so amazing it was worth the money. But today I regret spending a dime on it. I'm about to cancel my membership and find a place that is actually consistent and cares about their customers. :)

My lashes were great! Ashley is awesome. She is so awesome I planned in advance to have my lashes done by her and was very adamant to have her again. I am a very busy business professional and have to move my schedule around to squeeze in my appointments. The front desk person, the very unhappy, rude, unprofessional, red headed girl in the front desk was awful. She called and said that an appointment opened up earlier than my appointment. I rearrange my entire schedule and when I arrived it’s not with my lash artist Ashley who I requested. She was so rude about it, never apologized for the misunderstanding and made it seem like my fault. She should not work at the front desk. That is the face of your business and her attitude and customer service is disgusting and embarrassing. I am paying for a service and deserve to be treated as a customer not a piece of trash. I will never come back here, and plan on posting this to google, yelp, Facebook, my own personal Facebook, and will tell all my friends. It’s a shame for someone who hates their job to ruin the experience for me, a paying customer. I hope she is happy with the way she treated me because you just lost a lot of business. So yourself a favor and fire this awful employee before you lose more loyal customers. After all, if it weren’t for your customers, this person wouldn’t even have a job.

I was not very happy with my lashes. I told the receptionist when I was checking out that I was not happy with my turnout. I wasn’t asked if I wanted single or volume lashes. All I was asked was what style I wanted for pic on wall. I would have picked volume lashes. Throughout day I’ve had several lashes pointed down towards my lower lash and getting on my eye. The lashes seem sparse and like there “messy” wich I feel like they shouldn’t look like that the first day. Receptionist told me my girl was newer and she doesn’t k ow all the questions to ask or offer clients,and simply said he would let manager know when she got back from lunch and I never got a call back.

I went in for my first pair of lashes today and the ladies at the front were super nice and welcoming. Carla was my lash tech and she was absolutely fantastic! I told her what I wanted and she made sure I got it. I walked out feeling beautiful and confident.

Today was my 2nd refill appointment. I'm so happy with my lashes now that I got used to having them & talking about my preferences with my stylists. Upkeep is key, & I am seeing how giving them some TLC makes them even better. Love the new featherweight lashes!!!!!

Depending on your technician your lashes will either be stunning and last FOREVER......... or you’ll lose most of them within a week (me and my sister have not had good luck with Angel’s lashes)

disappointed and a complete waste of money

I was greatly disappointed because the lashes were supposed to stay on for a month and after two days of abiding by all the rules, not getting the area wet, etc.the lashes started to come off two days later. I called the shop and was not pleased by the response I received. I am very disappointed and the experience was a waste of money.
