LATE POLICY Out of respect for our guests, clients who arrive more than ten-fifteen minutes late will be honored at Clementine's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY We appreciate a call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. When cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, it impacts Clementine’s and the opportunity to service other clients. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans come up, therefore our policy is after one cancellation that is less than 24 hours we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to book any future appointments. If there is a second cancellation within less than 24 hours we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of that scheduled appointment. If one is to "no show", Clementine's reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the booked service.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your service. We can’t keep others waiting for their appointments, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting.

24-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients. Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists. We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 24 hours notice.

Appointments are displayed one week at time, on a Monday through Sunday basis. If you do not see the results you are looking for, please refine your search.
